“I Am Trying To Learn From Those Athletes How They Let Their Other Passions Fall” – Lewis Hamilton

He explained that the other athletes do not get involved in things other than what they are best at doing. But they lack the other opportunities that are meant for them. One person loves many things, and so do athletes.

Except for sports, they must love other things like “playing an instrument, writing scripts.” But according to Hamilton, these skills of the sportsperson fall away. “How can you compartmentalize staying in the zone [a particular sport] and the focus lane? But also build up some of the other skills that you like and also discover other passions?” he said.
