In New York\’s bullpen, the 27-year-old made a name for himself as a versatile and important component. Throughout 51 frames and 34 games, he posted a 2.29 ERA and 1.7 fWAR. King was a menace who could play several innings, striking out 33.2% of the batters he faced.
