Torger Christian Wolff, popularly known as Toto Wolff, is an Austrian former professional race driver and the current CEO of Mercedes-AMG Petronas in the Formula One Championship. Early Life!

On January 12, 1972, Wolff was born in Vienna, Austria. His father was afflicted with brain cancer when he was just eight years old and died when Wolff was entering puberty. Toto Wolff studied at Vienna\’s esteemed Lycée Français de Vienne. At that time, he sold his automobile after graduating from college and purchased a \”Seat Ibiza\” to race in the \”Seat Ibiza Cup\” since he was set on becoming a racer.

Career!

Wolff\’s career started in 1992 with his participation in the Austria Formula Ford championship and won the championship just two years later in 1994. He established Marchfifteen, his first investing company, with fellow Austrian Rene Berger, in 1998. The company expanded during the following several years, opening offices in other nations. Wolff began competing in 2001 and took first place in three six-hour events in Austria, Italy, and the Czech Republic. Toto Wolff then competed in the N-GT championships the next year and finished sixth. The next year, he competed in the Italian GT competition and did really well.

In 2006, \”Marchsixteen\” acquired a 49 percent stake in the German Formula 3 engine manufacturer \”HWA Team.\” In 2007, Wolff took over as HWA\’s director, and HWA became public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. After being elected to the board of directors of the racing team in 2012, Toto was appointed executive director of the William Formula One team. However, he departed the group after only a year and joined the Mercedes AMG Petronas Team as executive director. Under Wolff\’s direction, the team\’s performance substantially increased.

Toto Wolff and Stephanie had two children before their separation, and now they are co-parenting. Meanwhile, after his divorce from his first wife, Toto fell in love with a professional race driver Susie. After a while of dating, the couple tied the knot in 2011 and have been pretty much going strong ever since. They also welcomed their first-born child named Jack Wolff in the year 2017.
