Lakers\’ New Coach Darvin Ham Make A Shocking Comment About LeBron James, Fans Agree

Lakers President Rob Pelinka and company wasted no time in making changes for the team after their dismal elimination from the playoffs last year. Starting with removing Frank Vogel, the former coach, from his position. After many weeks of interviews, the Lakers hired former NBA player Darvin Ham as their 28th head coach. The 48-year-old did work as an assistant coach at the Staples Center during the late Kobe Bryant\’s reign as a member of the purple and gold.

There is no doubt about the fact that LeBron James has been perhaps the most dominating and influential NBA star in the last two decades. And now, as the Lakers are stepping into the 2022 NBA season, James will be the key to the Lakers\’ road to success. The practice sessions of the Lakers are going on in full swing. And in the midst of all this, Lakers\’ newly-appointed head coach Darvin Ham has spoken highly about LeBron James.

\”LeBron Is Not From This Planet\”, Reckons Darvin Ham!

LeBron James\’ dominance on the wooden court is nothing less than seeing magic. Just like fans have always been awestruck by James\’ prowess, the Lakers head coach Darvin is no exception. Darvin Ham had the chance to see what it was like to play with NBA superstar LeBron James.

While talking about King James, Darvin Ham remarked, \”LeBron is not from this planet, that\’s for damn sure.\” He said that King James\’ strange physical prowess had really fascinated him. The Akron Hammer hailed the four-time NBA final MVP as otherworldly. Bron, who is about to begin his 20th season, is now one of the top three scorers and hopes to overtake Kareem-Abdul Jabbar as the all-time leading scorer in the future year.

During the interview, Darvin also talked about another Lakers player Anthony Davis. He mentioned that there is no doubt about Davis having the ability to score. But he will have to be fit for the season to make an impact.

As the Lakers attempt to make a comeback this season, Ham will want to capitalize on these advantages. The head coach has played for six clubs in the NBA from 1997 through 2005. In 2004, when Ham was playing, he faced a teenage LeBron James four times. During his tenure as an assistant coach with the LA Lakers, Atlanta Hawks, and Milwaukee Bucks, he swapped with James on several occasions. A very different feeling, though, is having LeBron on his squad and being able to coach him, according to Darvin Ham.
