However, ahead of the game, the Yanks announced their starting lineup. Moreover, Oswald Peraza’s absence raised eyebrows as the infielder had been scratched from the lineup for the second time in a row. Peraza did not feature in the series finale vs. the Brewers as well. As speculations started to build over, skipper Aaron Boone turned up with some answers. The manager revealed that the infielder had some swelling on the outside of his left knee.
