BCCI Secretary On Appointing Mahendra Singh Dhoni As A Mentor
On Wednesday, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah surprised the nation by announcing that Mahendra Singh Dhoni will work as a mentor of Team India in the T20 World Cup. Jay Shah revealed he took this decision when he met MSD in Dubai, where he is practicing along with the rest of the CSK members for the continuation of the IPL.
Jay Shah stated that he offered Dhoni to be the mentor of the team, and he accepted his offer. He also said Mahendra Singh Dhoni is very excited to contribute to the national team once again. Now, the former Indian Captain will work closely with the head coach, Ravi Shastri, and the current Captain, Virat Kohli, to provide support and direction to the team.
