Aaron Judge was quick to pick it up and responded to the crowd with a sweet “thank you” gesture. The video has gone viral on social media and the fans are loving the wholesome moment. Yankees Owner Hal Steinbrenner Intervened To Make Aaron Stay
At the start of the off-season, the Yankees faced a scare after their best performer of last season, Aaron Judge, threatened to leave for the Giants. The slugger even agreed on a deal. However, Yankees owner, Hal Steinbrenner, made a last-minute intervention and convinced Aaron to stay by increasing his remuneration. Subsequently, the contract’s value was increased by $40 million and Judge signed a massive nine-year contract worth $360 million. Hence, chances are high that Judge may end up being a forever Yankee.
