Aaron Judge

Currently, New York Yankees’ captain Aaron Judge is trying his best to work in every position possible to bring out the best result for his team. And apparently, it is also working very well in his favor. The Yankees are the only franchise in the MLB arena this year that hasn’t lost any series thus far. And if players like Judge, Gerrit Cole, Anthony Rizzo, and others will continue their form, the Bombers will surely become the World Series title contenders.

In the wake of such a dream, another possibility is also walking around for the ace player of the bullpen, i.e., Aaron Judge. A Golden Glove is another thing that Judge does not have on his resume besides the Championship title. But it looks like the slugger is on his way to targeting that goal as well this year.

Aaron Judge Eying Golden Glove Along With World Series Title This Year

Last year, the New York Yankees tried their most to become the finalists for the World Series title. However, once again, Houston Astros came in as their all-time hurdle and, once again, stopped them from making the dream come to reality. However, this year, the Bombers are more than sure to achieve what they haven’t been able to in the last fourteen years. A World Series ring.

Along with that, the New York Yankees’ Cap is eyeing one more unachievable feat this year, a Golden Glove. Judge recently said that, hopefully, this season, they will win a championship. “We can throw a Gold Glove in there, too,” added the outfielder.

Judge Working On Defense, Saved Angels’ Shohei Ohtani’s Big Homerun To Secure Victory

The New York Yankees’ last series game against Los Angeles Angels turned out pretty exciting for the Bombers fans. They proudly walked it off in the 10th when they packed the bases against Matt Moore on a ghost runner Isiah Kiner-Falefa, a walk from Cap Aaron Judge, and a hit-by-pitch from Anthony Rizzo before Gleyber Torres lifted a sacrifice fly to end it. However, the highlight of the game was when Angels’ Shohei Ohtani fired a middle-of-the-plate changeup from Jhony Brito, which was almost destined to end up in Monument Park. The 411-foot shot to the core was over the wall when Judge brought it back.

Despite saving the homer, Judge was modest enough to acknowledge his work on defense. The Captain was seen accepting that “If I were a good outfielder, I would have caught it on the first try.” Yankees manager Aaron Boone also praised the Captain for his dedication not just in batting but in defense as well. According to Boone, Aaron Judge is one of the bests because “he got up there pretty good and then played a little volleyball with it.” The manager believes that this quality of the slugger makes him great. “He takes pride in every little thing in this game,” said the manager.
