Apparently, Hal seems satisfied with his work and believes that he has done his best in constructing a potent roster. However, as far as Aaron Boone is concerned, Steinbrenner has his doubts. Klapisch added that the Yankees owner is deeply frustrated with the team’s performance and somewhere holds Boone responsible. Moreover, the skipper has only a year left in his existing contract.
