However, unfortunately for the Lakers, the giant performances by James each game have not resulted in consistent wins. LeBron James Playing For Sixers With Harden and Embiid?

A lot of basketball enthusiasts have predicted that LeBron could be a part of a proposed big trade. Charis Mannix and Howard Beck from Sports Illustrated discussed that the four-time NBA champ could possibly move to the Philadelphia 76ers.

During The crossover NBA Show, Beck said that many teams would want the veteran LeBron James on their team. However, the Sixers General Manager Daryl Morey seems to be the front runner in securing James as he loves having superstars in his team. Heck added that the lakers could get youngsters like Tyrese Maxey and Matisse Thybulle in their team in exchange for James. The 17-time NBC Champions LA would be looking to rebuild after a terrible season this year. Hence, the trade seems a fair deal for both franchises.

Luckily for James, he has always wanted to play for the Sixers after LeBron decided to leave the Cavs in 2019. However, his wife persuaded him to go for the LA Lakers. James won a controversial NBC Championship with the Lakers in 2020. Many believed that their win was a fluke as the team played in the infamous Orlando bubble. However, leaving everything behind, if James goes to the Sixers, he will make an excellent trio with James Harden and Joel Embiid.
