Yankees
A certain New York Yankees players need to step up this season in order to retain their spots on the team.

In just the next 24 hours, the much-awaited 2023 MLB season will commence with the season opener played between New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants. Moreover, ahead of the matchup, the teams are stacking up their final 26-man roster for the upcoming season. Further, the recently concluded spring training already promised fans some exciting action.

On the other hand, as far as the New York Yankees are concerned, they have three empty roster places to fill in the next few hours. Furthermore, barring that and a few injury concerns, the lineup looks balanced and strong at the same time. However, they will still need the services of the key injured player to advance further in the tournament. Nonetheless, the team will likely leave an impact pretty early on in the season.
