The 2022 AL MVP and Bronx Bombers captain, Aaron Judge, is the man of the moment in the Baseball world. After having a successful 2022 season with team, Judge expressed his desire to enter the free-agent market. However, the Bombers managed to convince the outfielder to stay by offering him a bigger contract.
Hence, Aaron Judge decided to stay with the New York Yankees, possibly till the end of his career, as he signed a massive nine-year deal. Moreover, the contract will cash out $360 million for the outfielder. However, a former Yankee recently called the AL MVP out for an interesting challenge.
Jose Canseco Dares Aaron Judge For A Baseball Hitting Contest
Jose Canseco, a former championship winner Yankee, has called out Aaron Judge in a video uploaded on his Twitter handle. In the video, Jose is seen practicing with a softball. He captioned the video saying that he is getting ready to face Aaron Judge for a one-on-one challenge. Jose further added that he doubts if Aaron can hit a baseball as far as he can hit a softball. The former Yankee concluded by asking Aaron to let him know when he was ready so that he could organize a charity competition.
Ironically, Jose addressed Aaron Judge as the god of Baseball a couple of months ago while asking him to leave the Bombers. At a time when Aaron’s trade rumors were at their peak, Jose issued a statement requesting the outfielder to run away from the Yankees. He said that the New York Yankees fans are crazy and will not hesitate to vilify you even if you give your best on the field. Lastly, Aaron Judge is yet to react to the challenge. But let’s be honest. The video does not look like anything more than a publicity stunt.

Jose Canseco’s latest stunt on social media is creating a major stir among Baseball fans. Fans are unhappy with the former Yankee calling out the 2022 AL MVP like that disgracefully and even targeted him for his steroids history. Whereas a certain section of fans supported the former Yankee in his publicity stint attacking Aaron Judge.
