Aaron Judge And Barry Bonds

2022 was the year of Aaron Judge in Major League Baseball. The Yankees star not only broke several records by hitting 62 home runs in one season. But he also helped his team win the American League East title. Judge\’s record-breaking streak of 62 Home runs has been at the center of attention. He surpassed legends like Rogers Maris and Babe Ruth.

Meanwhile, Judge failed to cross Barry Bonds, who remains the highest home run striker in a single season with 73 big ones. Nonetheless, the era in which Barry played has been tainted because of the excessive use of performance-enhancing steroids. Therefore, many believe that Bonds\’ record is a product of steroids and that Judge is the true record holder. However, recently, Aaron Judge has stated that Bonds is his favorite. And he believes that the honor still belongs to Bonds.

There has been substantial debate over the correct record ever since it became clear that Judge would likely break the single-season home run mark. It is widely believed that Bonds used steroids, which taints his 2001 record of 73 home runs, which he established. As a result, many people think Judge now has the real record, which is 62.

Meanwhile, during a previous interview with Sports Illustrated, Aaron Judge made it clear that he holds Barry Bond\’s 73 Home run high. According to Judge, no matter what people say, the record is 73 home runs. And, who is regarded as one of baseball\’s all-time greats, played 22 seasons in Major League Baseball, including one with the San Francisco Giants.
