On November 10, after losing the game against Los Angeles Clippers, the Lakers now stand at 2-9 on the NBA points table for the Western Conference. With nine losses out of eleven games played, the time to stage a comeback is slipping the \’sand from fist\’ for the team. Naturally, the skipper LeBron James is not happy about it, and he wants the team to do something about it before it\’s too late for them.

LeBron James Wants The Lakers To Act In Time!

The Los Angeles Lakers have not been competitive this season, currently placed at 2-9 in the Western Conference. And the skipper LeBron James is not happy about this. LeBron apparently has mixed feelings about this delay tactic. James reportedly doesn\’t want to waste a season of his prime playing years in the event that new players join the team for the 2023–24 season.

Soon, LeBron will turn 38 years old. He is aware of how aging affects a sportsman\’s mind and body, as well as the constant deterioration of form. LeBron James joined the Lakers intending to help them win numerous championships. But he\’s only managed to win only one title so far. On the contrary, he is in charge of the Lakers through one of their most difficult periods.

The King is aware that it\’s either now or never for the Lakers organization. Groups like the Mavericks, Suns, and Grizzlies are destroying the Western Conference. Therefore, it seems to sense that LeBron James would criticize Lakers management for not making deals when they could have when they knew the team was in jeopardy.

The major components of the Lakers are Russell Westbrook\’s $47 million expiring contract as well as their 2027 and 2029 first-round draft picks. The value of those choices is particularly high considering the Lakers\’ uncertain future. However, the Lakers have been cautious about exchanging them for just decent components that won\’t elevate them to the top of the standings. The group is holding out hope that a greater celebrity player will become available.

The Los Angeles Lakers have been the subject of ongoing speculation over the future of several players. None of which have materialized. Evidently, the franchise doesn\’t expect to make any significant changes until American Thanksgiving. So, it appears they will keep doing so. Until the end of November, that is.

If the Lakers don\’t take action to improve, it won\’t be possible to even contend for playoffs, let alone advance. The franchise is plagued with consistency, and there is a general mistrust among the players. They appear to have no other choice but to exchange players inside the team.
