The slugger beat three significant competitors and emerged as the highest vote gainers. The honor comes as a result of an excellent 2022 season. Judge broke the record of hitting the most number of home runs in a single MLB season by scoring his 62nd homer against the Texas Rangers. Moreover, the slugger also set new records for RBIs and batting averages.
