In an interview, Judge discussed his pre-game routine and the importance of getting in the right mindset before a game. He believes the key to his pre-game routine is all about the feel. The slugger focuses on getting his body in the right position and getting a good feel for the ball before the game even starts. Moreover, he described his entire pre-game routine.

Aaron Judge revealed that he started off the pre-game drill by working on a few tees. Later, he moves on to the side toss before eventually ending the session with straight-on flips. These few drills with mindful thinking make Aaron Judge the beast he is on the plate. On the other hand, speaking of this season, the slugger is making multiple alterations to his overall game routine.
