Stephen Curry has been the biggest weapon for the Golden State Warriors for over a decade now. The Dub Nation depends on their talisman every time to take the team to the postseason. Moreover, the three-point King led the San Francisco-based franchise to become the modern-day Dynasty. This Dynasty started in 2015 and went on to win four titles in a span of eight years. Moreover, the Dub Nation relies on the Splash Brothers to deliver in every game. But that’s not really possible. For instance, Klay Thompson had a pretty bad start to the ongoing season in terms of his shooting consistency.

But clearly, when Klay gets back to form, the Warriors offense gets a real boost. That’s why the Golden State team needs the Splash Brothers to be at their best in the remaining few matches of the regular season. Prior to the game against the Dallas side (Mavericks), Klay Thompson had a superb game against the Houston Rockets. After beating the Rockets, the Dubs are pretty close to confirming their place in the top ten. However, lately, the Mavericks team, without Luka Doncic, beat the Dubs very narrowly. But the most eye-catching phase of the game was when Stephen Curry went crazy in the fourth quarter.

The Dallas Mavericks were just too good for the GSW last night. Moreover, the loss against the Dallas team sans Luka Doncic must be a wake-up call for the Dubs for the challenges ahead. Anyway, the game turned out to be a close and exciting battle when it reached the last few minutes of the regulation time. It was because of the magic of the Warriors talisman. Stephen Curry scored nine points in the fag end of the regulation time. He led the Dub’s comeback and helped them tie the game with only 13 seconds remaining. Those nine points, Curry scored came in only four minutes. Prior to Steph’s magic, the Mavericks were cruising with a 103-92 advantage in the last few minutes of the game.

But then Stephen Curry took matters into his own hands and led the Dub’s comeback. That’s when the Mavericks seemed to feel the absence of their talisman, Luka Doncic. However, Kyrie Irving helped the Dallas team to stay out of touching distance by dropping a long two-point attempt. But then, the coldest moment of the match came when Stephen Curry scored a long three-pointer to make it a one-point game. After that cold moment, only 58 seconds remained. Later, PJ Washington, with a free throw, made it a two-point game when only 22.1 seconds remained. However, it was not over yet as Steph kept his cool to knock down a mid-range jumper. As a result, the game got tied at 106-106 with only 12.4 seconds to go.

Finally, The Mavericks Kept Their Cool To Beat The Dubs

With only a few seconds to go, the Dallas team’s coach, Jason Kidd, called for a short break. Then, the Mavericks advanced the ball after the timeout as Tim Hardaway Jr. found PJ. Later, PJ Washington holds onto his nerve to score the winner. Finally, Stephen Curry ended with 28 points.

But his efforts went in vain, as the Mavericks had a better scorer that night. Clearly, PJ Washington was the star of the game, scoring 32 points. Moreover, the credit goes to Kyrie Irving for leading his team in the absence of Luka Doncic. In the end, Irving scored 26 points.
