In the conversation, Passan revealed that, in his opinion, the Yankees are still the frontrunner in the race for Aaron Judge. He believes that the Bronx Bomber will have the biggest offer on the table for the slugger. Giving the example of Gerrit Cole, Jeff stated that when the Yankees really want someone, \”they go and get him\”.

 Nearly all of the main offensive categories saw Aaron Judge lead the MLB. He was the season\’s top performer in all of the following categories: home runs, RBIs, runs, runs, OBP, slugging, and OPS. The right-handed power batter for the Yankees was crucial to their success in the postseason.

To obtain Aaron Judge, they\’ll need to raise as much cash as they can. 

According to rumors, the current AL MVP is looking for a contract worth $40 million per year for about eight years. Therefore, many, including some New York Yankees supporters, believe that Judge is asking for too much. They believe the contract terms are unreasonable, particularly as he is on the wrong side of his thirties.
