Sergio Perez RB19
Sergio Perez went off the track in Australian GP qualifying

There was nothing wrong with the Red Bull car; Sergio Perez lied about the brake problems” – Peter Windson, an Australian Journalist.

Red Bull missed the one-two victory in the Australian Grand Prix as Sergio Perez suffered a massive mechanic failure in the RB19 that prevented him from doing laps in qualifying. He had to start the Weekend race from the last position, from P20. But astonishingly, he managed to come under the top five finishes of the Australian Grand Prix.

Despite the podium-less finish, the world is praising Checo for how he came to P5 from the backmost of the Grid. Perez claimed the reason for the downfall to be the braking issues he faced in the car. But wait! Was this really a reason, or was it just a justification? Peter Windsor, a journalist from Australia, thinks Sergio Perez is lying about the car failure. It was rather his failure that he blamed on the car!

Currently, the two fighters for the 2023 F1 championship do not belong to two rival teams. They are from the same team, battling with the same engine. They are the teammates of Red Bull; they are Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez! In the season opener, Max won, and Checo came second. In the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Checo won Max and got P2.

And in the Australian Grand Prix, Max Verstappen, who started from the pole, stunningly won. But unfortunately, the one-two rhythm got a break as Checo had to survive his nightmare following the car’s mechanic’s disappointment. But for Windsor, the Australian Grand Prix was a “reality check” for Checo. It showed him where he stands in front of Max Verstappen.

“Take It, Cool Perez, You Are Just A Number Two Driver,” A Journalist Proves That Sergio Lied About The car.

According to the Journalist, in reality, the Milton team was quite relieved about what happened in Australia. Why? Because “As I said, Sergio Perez came from Jeddah as a winner and started saying things like, “Yess, I can win this championship,” said Peter, although he didn’t see it in the media. Not only this, the Journalist went on criticizing the Mexican driver more than fans can digest. He believes that after the P5 in Melbourne, Red Bull must have been like, “Whoa, Hand On Checo. Take it, cool, mate. You are a number two driver to Max Verstappen, and you know it.”

On top of that, the Australian Journalist went on to make big claims about the number two driver of Red Bull. He claimed, “The Australian Grand Prix was a reality check of now you know that you are Sergio Perez, not Max Verstappen.” And he thinks that this exact fact must have given a little bit of relief to Red Bull.

He claims that Sergio Perez went off the track due to his own fault, and he blamed it on his team. But, Why should we all believe in him? To make his points relevant, Windsor reveals that he spoke to a couple of engineers who suggested to him, “Absolute nothing was wrong with the car whatsoever.” And the fact that Red Bull said to the press, “If there is anything wrong with the RB19, we will fix it,” they said ‘IF.’ Why If! Because they knew, too, that there was nothing wrong for sure.
