The former world no. 1 Novak Djokovic had a rough start to the 2022 season. He was banned from the Australian Open and lost the French Open before finally defending his title at Wimbledon this year. However, fans have been eagerly urging the American government to allow the 21-time Grand Slam to play in New York.
