New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge lauds skipper Aaron Boone for his efforts to put the team together.

The New York Yankees appointed former Astros baseman Aaron Boone as the team’s manager in 2018. Boone took over from Joe Girardi and was an instant hit right in the first season. The Bombers recorded 100 wins in 2018 under Boone’s mentorship. The Yanks later extended his contract for three more years in 2021 with an option for 2025.

However, the one thing that Aaron Boone has failed to achieve in all these glorious five years is a World Series Title. All his efforts often get washed down the drain as the team fails to get past Houston Astros every single year. Moreover, Boone has always been the subject of incessant trolling by the likes of the ruthless New York fan base. However, Yanks slugger and captain Aaron Judge have a different perspective to share.

Since the arrival of Aaron Boone as the head manager of the New York Yankees, the team has gone on to qualify for the playoff every single year. Moreover, the Bombers have successfully recorded 100 wins in the last two consecutive seasons and clinched the east division title in 2022. Despite all, the fans are simply not satisfied with the skipper and want him out. However, the Yankees’ newly appointed captain, Aaron Judge, had nothing but quality things to say about Boone.

Aaron Judge, in an interview with New York Post, said Aaron Boone had made a positive impact on players within the Yankees organization. He added that at any moment if you speak to any player associated with the club, will have good things to say about the skipper. The slugger further went on to say Boone’s records over the past five years are better than any manager in MLB. Moreover, the way Aaron Boone stands and fights for the team has moved Judge over the past few seasons. Lastly, the captain concluded by saying Boone is the perfect man to handle the steering of the Yankees’ boat.

New York Yankees’ top prospect, Anthony Volpe, is turning heads in the ongoing spring training. Till now, the shortstop candidate has clocked five hits, four runs, a home run, and an RBI in 15 at-bats. The fans and critics stand highly impressed with the 21-year-old and demand his inclusion in the Yanks roster this season. Volpe is currently on a minor league contract with the club.

Addressing Volpe’s situation, Yankees manager Aaron Boone said the front office is keeping a watch on Anthony Volpe. Furthermore, when being asked if Volpe could make it to the final roster, Boone said it was a possibility. However, Volpe’s lack of minor league experience is gonna lower his odds during the final assessment. Nonetheless, the prospect has successfully made a strong case for himself this spring training. If not now, maybe in the mid-season, Volpe could have a chance.
