Aaron Judge is leading the New York Yankees to an epic season this year. He is not alone, though, as his partner in baseball crime, Juan Soto, has been in top form since he wore the pinstripes uniform for the first time. Moreover, the Judge-Soto duo is raising hopes in the Bronx that they can make the World Series this year. They are the two of the best hitters in baseball in recent times. If they stay healthy, they can carry the team a long distance. Since 2009, the Yankees have not made it to the ‘Big Dance.’ 2009 was the last year when they were the World Series champions.
Since then, they have been looking for their 28th title. But it has been a way too long wait. However, the Judge-Soto duo can end that drought this year. Moreover, looking at the current form of the Yankees captain, there’s no reason to have no hope for the current season. On top of that, Aaron Judge leads the league in several offensive categories this year.
Aaron Judge Is Numero Uno Again, As Per The Latest Hitter Power Ranking

However, a couple of weeks ago, Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers tied with Judge in first place in the Hitter Power Ranking. Anyhow, the Unicorn could not pass the superstar Yankees slugger. Nonetheless, in the latest edition of MLB.com’s Hitter Power Ranking, the 2022 AL MVP is back in sole possession of the top spot. It is Judge’s sixth straight time in the leading spot with at least a share of the lead. The MLB.com panel considered season long performance, career track record and recent success while casting their votes. Both Judge and Soto are in top four on the ranking.
