Klay Thompson

Klay Thompson has been a franchise icon for the Golden State Warriors. Along with Draymond Green and Stephen Curry, he formed the iconic Dubs trio back in 2012. Since then, they never had to look back. After all, they were on a mission to build a modern-day dynasty in the Golden State. Before this trio burst into the picture, the GSW club did not look like a championship-winning worthy team. However, in the past, this franchise had won three NBA titles. But the last one came in 1975. Since then, the team from the Bay Area went through a title drought for forty years.

Finally, in 2015, the iconic trio – Klay, Dray and their talismanic leader, Steph led the Warriors to their fourth championship in franchise history. But it was just the beginning, as the same core helped the GSW win three more titles after 2015 until 2022. Winning four titles in a span of eight years surely fulfils their mission of building a modern-day dynasty. But is that it for the iconic Dubs trio? If Klay Thompson leaves the Warriors this offseason, it will be the end of the ‘Dynasty.’
