Subsequently, the outfielder went under the knife and has been in rehab ever since. The average recovery time for a position player with Tommy John surgery is 7-9 months.
With that calculation, Jasson Dominguez should return around July 2024. Having said that, Yankees skipper Aaron Boone recently updated on the prospect’s health status and reckoned that he expects the latter to attend spring training. While the skipper revealed that Jasson should be able to return sooner rather than later, he refused to put a specific timeline for the same.
