And it seems as if Judge and DJ feel great about the new hitting coach’s system. Moreover, Rowson has been with the team for nine seasons already. In fact, he was a minor league hitting coordinator for the New York side in seven of those nine years. Later, DJ and Judge told The Athletic’s Brendan Kuty that Rowson is the right candidate for the job, coming from the minor league to the big league.
