Oklahoma City’s star guard, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s absence made the Celtics happy to take them over. However, the Thunder pulled one over them instead. The SGA is currently the most feared guard in the NBA who is averaging 30.8 points per game. And to compensate for the superstar’s absence due to illness, it took a team effort to tackle the best team in the NBA. Meanwhile, the Celtics were led by Jaylen Brown, who was very disappointed after the game. He scored 29 points with 61% shooting alongside his dual Jayson Tatum, who managed 27 points with six rebounds on the night.

However, they could soon see a downfall if they keep slipping up. The Celtics could get ready for their next game against the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday. But the Mavericks are riding the high horses of seven consecutive wins, which could be a tough challenge for the Boston side. If they are not careful, it could be their first three straight losses of the season.
