Most importantly, LeBron James is still fit and fine to carry the Lakers forward. There were a lot of speculations raised on his fitness after he returned from a month’s gap due to a tendon injury on his right foot. However, King James has done exceedingly well after his return. King James is still among the top players this season. He has led the Lakers well to help them reach round 2 of the playoffs along with Anthony Davis. The LA side is currently on top of the Golden State Warriors, leading the series 3-1.

Stephen Curry and Klay Thomson have to do another miracle to turn things around for the Warriors. They were two games behind against the Sacramento Kings as well in the first round of the playoffs. Curry scored 50 points in Game 7 against the Kings to break Kevin Durant’s record in Game 7 of the NBA playoffs. Hence, there is still a possibility of a heroic comeback from the defending champions. LeBron James knows how good the Warriors’ side is and would never want to get complacent until it is over.
