He said before Ethan was born, he would go back home and dwell a lot on his failures. Torres would constantly think about the errors he made and things that he could have done differently. Hence, the negativity of failures got the better of him. However, things changed after Ethan. Now, when he goes back home, he knows there is a little kid waiting for him to arrive. Moreover, as Gleyber sees Ethan smile, the negativity vanishes away like dust. The Yankees infielder admitted that Ethan’s arrival had changed his perspective and goals. Now all his focus is on doing the right thing to be the right example for his son to live by.
