In the post-game interview on Sunday, Juan Soto said that everybody in the dugout believes that they can do damage, they can do something. He believes the team is capable and he has complete faith over his teammates. The positive mentality is what can take them a long way.

He said, “We always think we can do it.” Later, Soto credits the hustle of catcher Jose Trevino that sparked the surge in the ninth inning. He said, “Trevino did something that was huge.” The Yankees catcher ran down that ground ball and beat it out.
