Schmitz, the head strategist of Red Bull, finally got the appreciation and light when Max Verstappen took her name after winning the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver won 15 races. But the Hungaroring one was special because the 10th of the Grid to the first leading everyone.

Rosie Wait explained how she converted a two-stop strategy in Budapest, which was difficult to overtake. And still, after a very strong race, they won.
