Russell Westbrook

Los Angeles Lakers Point Guard Russell Westbrook has had a storybook come back this season for the Lakers. A few weeks back, everyone seemed to write off the 2017 MVP. There was even buzz about the Lakers trying to get rid of him via a trade option. However, in the past few games, the Lakers have played, Westbrook has shown what he is capable of. As the star is gaining the fans\’ respect back, a hs new shoe design has been leaked on the internet.

Russell Westbrook\’s New Shows Leaked!

No NBA player is as divisive as Russell Westbrook. The guard for the Los Angeles Lakers plays with a level of toughness and effort that is unsurpassed. The nine-time NBA All-aggressive Star\’s style of play is unrepentant, making fans either adore him or despise him. There is no doubting the popularity of Westbrook\’s signature shoe brand, regardless of how the public feels about him. In October 2012, Westbrook inked a contract with Jordan Brand. In 2017, he extended his contract for ten years. He now has the biggest overall endorsement contract of any brand-sponsored athlete.

Jordan Why Not Zer0.1 marked the debut of Westbrook\’s trademark line in 2017. The fifth iteration of Westbrook\’s bestselling line has already been released, and the sixth one is imminent. Several news agencies have reported seeing photographs of a sneaker that seems to be the Jordan Why Not Zer0.6 floating online. A zipper that wraps around the ankle is included on the red and yellow shoe\’s semi-transparent top.

Meanwhile, At this moment, Jordan Brand has not made any announcements regarding Westbrook\’s sixth signature sneaker. Just prior to a shoe\’s introduction, companies frequently reveal official pictures, technical details, and prices.

Westbrook Is Excelling As The Sixth Man!

It seemed like an odd decision when Lakers coach Darvin Ham moved the point guard Russell Westbrook as the sixth man of the Lakers. Then not many people agreed with Ham\’s strategy. However, Westbrook adjusted very well to the new role and turned things around.

Three weeks later, he appears to have settled in as the second unit\’s leader in Los Angeles. He could receive the most unexpected honor of his 15-year career for his great performance in that part. In his first six games, Westbrook is averaging 19.3 points, 6.8 assists, and 5.3 rebounds, making him the early favorite at BetMGM to win the NBA Sixth Man of the Year title.

Westbrook, meanwhile, has done well thus far in a backup position. A player of Westbrook\’s caliber winning this honor would nonetheless be almost unheard of. Sixth Man of the Year has only been won by one player, Bill Walton, who also won MVP. Could Westbrook be the second addition to the list? Only time will tell.
