Female Employee’s Review Petition Against Christian Horner Gets Dismissed
In March of 2024, a female colleague of Christian Horner accused him of sexual misconduct. The allegations were shocking, trembling the entire RBR squad. However, after a thorough investigation by an internal committee, Horner was relieved of all the accusations. On the other hand, the lady was unhappy with the judgment and filed a review petition of investigation. The appeal was under the surveillance of an independent KC since March. This week, the judgment was presented to Red Bull GmbH, the parent company of RBR. Further, they upheld the decision of the investigating team, giving the RBR chief a sense of comfort.
Red Bull GmbH issued an official statement: “Earlier this year, a complaint raised against Christian Horner was investigated.” Further, the statement assured of a thorough investigation that dismissed the grievance. Thus, it marks the conclusion of all the investigation stages, with the appeal’s final outcome not upheld. Moreover, a spokesperson from Red Bull clarified that no one from the team would comment on this situation. The lady, whose name is undisclosed, was described as intimidated and upset. She accused Horner of the misdoing in November last year, which was made public in February 2024. While Horner has consistently brushed off all these allegations, an email was shared with the senior F1 and FIA members. It contained the texts between Horner and the grievant. The British executive has always refuted from commenting on the leaked email.

While the complainant is still upset with the decision, this verdict could change the course of chaos for Red Bull. The division of the team after this incident has resulted in several mishaps.
