The Los Angeles Lakers continue their roller-coaster journey as they lost against the Denver Nuggets on Monday. Before playing the top team in the Western Conference, they had a terrific streak. The Lakers’ beginning was so bad that their five consecutive wins only helped them climb one place. LA is currently warming the lower half of the conference at 12th position with 1.5 games away from the top 6 seed. Hollywood must win the next 30 games to clear their path to the postseason. LeBron James would give his all, as he has no intention of missing another playoff following the last year.

Meanwhile, here is a callback from the last time the Lakers faced the Nuggets. Apart from displaying his world-class game LeBron James spilled something interesting which resurfaced on the internet.

The Trash Talk Does Not Affect LeBron James

It is LeBron James’ 20th season in the NBA, and the years of experience have made him prone to the tactics, and pressure opponents apply. The 37-year-old is a seasoned veteran in the world of professional basketball. He has long asserted that James is not easily swayed by foes’ attempts to disrupt his game. When the Lakers played against the Denver Nuggets last time, LeBron James had a little too much to do. In the same game, Anthony suffered his worrying stress foot injury in the second half of the game. And ever since the 29-year-old left, all the troubles fell on the Lakers forward. Thomas Bryant made came in place of AD to mark the Nuggets’ best player, Jokic, while James muscled through Aron Gordon. The competition between the two made LeBron spit some explicit words on the court.

Pressure Does Not Scares The Four Time Champ

Despite his advancing age, the soon-to-be 19-time All-Star, LeBron James, demonstrated that he remains a formidable presence on the basketball court. In that game, he finished with an impressive 30 points, nine rebounds, four assists, and two steals. And more importantly, he carried the Lakers to victory in the absence of injured teammate Anthony Davis. It looks like the 38-year-old LeBron is much more lethal. However, he missed the recent clash against the Nuggets due to his ankle soreness.

But King James lived up to his reputation posting better numbers in points, rebounds, and assists than his opponent, Aaron Gordon. Though the years may have added some white hair to his head, LeBron James continues to defy Father Time. Meanwhile, Gordon would be wise next time he attempts to muscle against the four-time finals MVP. Although the 38-year-old James is not as athletic, strong, and powerful, he is more strategic. His ability to adapt to the game is worth all his achievements in the last 20 years of his domination.
