The Los Angeles Lakers have been having inside troubles since the start of the season. But no explosion or changes in the organization have been cited since the season started. The consecutive wins in the new year seem to have redeemed the past, where LA was 2-10 at the start of the season. Meanwhile, the Lakers have come a long way, and if they continue the same, they could be just 1.5 games away from the top-six seed. But the condition still remains to be consistent in their performance under LeBron James.

The Lakers are playing well above their mark, but the changes in the roster are still not happening. It has been one of the most debated topics that the front office should consider making changes. But the front office’s habit of circling around and not reaching any outcome is a hindrance. In a recent LeBron James interview, he indirectly expressed his wish to make improvements to the roster. His words and the way the interview ended is still trending. It looks like the 38-year-old is finally fed up with the front office’s decision to wait out every situation.

LeBron James Lashes Out In The Interview

The Lakers superstar is all about winnings and accolades. The 18-time All-star has expressed his wish to win, and last year he tweeted he does not want to miss the playoffs. It was the first time LeBron James missed the playoffs throughout his career. However, his tweet is nowhere to be found as he deleted it amid the Christmas Holiday. But LeBron’s interview with Sam has made it quite clear that James needs help around him on the court. When Athletic’s reporter asked about the front office wanting to hold the picks for next year, he replied indirectly.

LeBron James said, “Well if you guys know, then you guys know. You guys know. I don’t need to talk about it. You guys know.” Later the reporter asks LeBron to make a call to the front office. But James mentions that he is not free as they are playing four games every week. However, he tells the reporter that it is not rocket science and is focused on doing his job. The four-time clearly states that he can do his job honestly. But he can not do someone else’s job. His frustration is clearly visible as he plays his last few years of basketball.

It is the 20th season of the Lakers superstar LeBron James in the NBA. His longevity itself is worth all the appreciation, but his achievements make him one of the greats to bless the game. But the 38-year-old wants to win everything that his younger self could not for him. In the meantime, the Akron Hamer is also very close to breaking Kareem Abdul Jabbar’s record. Seeing his progress, James will shatter the record this season to take the top spot.
