Djokovic US Open

With 21 Grand Slams to his name, Serbian tennis star Novak is among the modern marvels of the sports. However, due to his stance on Covid vaccination, Djokovic had to miss out on several tournaments in the last two years, which was a huge loss to him. But the master is set to make his return to the tennis court in Paris Masters. Amid all this action, he has issued a warning to his competitors ahead of the championship.

Novak Djokovic Warns His Rivals!

Tennis legend Novak Djokovic was lately denied the chance to defend his Australian Open title in Melbourne earlier this year. He was deported from Australia because of his Covid vaccination status. As a result, he could not play in the US Open a month earlier. And now, Djokovic has claimed that this Covid vaccination fiasco has shown him the true colors of his rivals on tour. He expected a little more stand from his rivals like Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz. However, Djokovic had to fight his way to the Grand Slam communities on his own. Novak Djokovic, who has won 21 Grand Slam titles, is now scheduled to compete at the 2022 Paris Masters.

This will be the season\’s final Masters 100 competition and will include some of the finest tennis players. To all of the competitors, including Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz, Djokovic has sent a strong warning before the start of his campaign. After being on the sidelines due to injuries and participating in the Laver Cup in 2022, Nadal makes his court comeback.

The 35-year-old Djokovic entered the tournament with confidence in his winning streak. He hasn\’t lost since the quarterfinal of the French Open in June. The Serbian player highlighted in an interview with Sportal that he has a lot of motivation and confidence. He admitted that he is over what happened last year throughout the conversation. He has now turned his full attention to winning the Paris Masters and improving his game. Novak continued by acknowledging that he doesn\’t want to chastise those who criticized him for his views on the Covid vaccine.

Apparently, Djokovic missed the US Open 2022 because he was still lacking the Covid-19 vaccination. But he made a comeback to the sport in the Tel Aviv Open in late September. But he made a stunning comeback by taking first place in a 250-meter event in Tel Aviv and a 500-meter event in Astana. He is allowed to compete in the Paris Masters and the ATP Tour Finals, concluding the current season in Turin next month.

In 2022, Djokovic had 33 victories and six defeats, placing him seventh in the ATP men\’s singles rankings. For the Paris Masters, he is in the same half as Rafael Nadal, considered his biggest rival. Unlike Nadal, who has never claimed victory at Bercy, Novak has won the Paris Masters six times.
