Recently the team\’s general manager Brian Cashman spoke that he wants Judge to sign the Yankees as soon as possible.

Brian Cashman Wants Aaron Judge Back At The Yankees!

In a press conference on Friday, Yankees manager Aaron Boone and general manager Brian Cashman discussed the team\’s 2022 campaign. They talk about how they could do better this summer to win their first World Series since 2009. The two discussed a wide range of subjects, including a particular great outfielder.

The whereabouts of the Yankees\’ right fielder, who is the American League\’s projected MVP, has become the biggest offseason topic in Major League Baseball. The Yankees and their general manager, Brian Cashman, addressed the issue and reaffirmed publicly that they want Judge. However, Cashman would not explicitly state whether Aaron and the New York Yankees had had contract discussions.

According to Cashman, the Yankees should complete a prospective trade as quickly as possible. To avoid a significant unknown hanging over the team for perhaps months, they can now focus on the remainder of their roster composition. Nearly six months have passed since Judge declined a sizable contract the Yankees offered. Now that Opening Day is approaching, Aaron Judge has set a timetable for himself. He took this measure to prevent his contract problem from interfering with the regular season.

According to Brian, Aaron Judge would set the rules for his free agency since he has worked hard to earn the right to be there. He is thus waiting to observe how events develop from this point. Additionally, there is additional work to be done on this issue. However, Cashman would not clarify whether he had considered having a hard out about how many years. And how much money the Yankees would be willing to pay Judge every year. However, it is understood that Hal Steinbrenner, the owner, ultimately has the last say in this.

It is secret to no one what a historic season Aaron Judge has had this year. But that is not all, as Judge is also a great team man, and his presence would certainly impact the Yankees dressing room in a positive manner. Several Yankees players, including Nestor Cortes Jr., have stated that they want Judge to return to the Bronx. Therefore, the Yankees will do everything in their power to get him back.
